Why “Loupe”?
As remote co-workers feeling the crunch of the pandemic in 2020, we set out to create something truly human-centered, that could bring people who work together safely. We found our attention immediately went to pre-pandemic social gatherings: pre-meeting dinners, happy hours, entertaining clients, taking each other out to lunch or coffee, impromptu conversations in the office.
Through the research of others and our own, we’ve found through that these work-adjacent interactions build greater understanding, and contribute to positive cultures and better outcomes.
They can be great fun, too.
As enthusiastic planners & hosts to many a successful dinner party (as well as big conferences, symposia, and launch events), we know what it takes to execute the logistical details, while creating an atmosphere that allows guests to relax and enjoy.
A loupe is a magnifier.
As we set out to brand our new venture, we wanted a single word that would convey a sense of being inside of something highly valued. “Loupe” and the association with its homophone, loop, gave us what we were looking for in a name.
Jewelers and printers use them to magnify and assess what is of vital importance to their professions. And, that is precisely how The Loupe Co. works for you.
Loupe helps focus on the core of your business, your values, and—your most valuable asset—your team. When everyone can clearly discern a shared mission, the team’s success is magnified.
